Synergy has finalized the last touches to launching customized web portals that deliver relevant information and services during our guest’s stay. Through Synergy’s unique Guest Portal, guest’s will be able to find anything from itinerary information to copies of recent invoices, 24/7. Guests can submit and monitor service requests online, as well. Synergy’s corporate contacts can access a Corporate Client Portal that keeps them informed about arrival and departure dates, expenses, and service requests for entire groups of travelers.
