Synergy Corporate Housing hosted a launch party at the 550 Moreland complex to announce the opening of the PAD, a unique live/work concept designed with the innovation professional in mind. Human Resources and relocation professionals from Northern California, Arizona anbd Minnessota attended the launch party, catered by the fabulous Piatti Ristorante & Bar.

While of course the number is based on demand, we foresee 50 units being available in the Bay Area by January 1, and hope to launch the PAD in Palo Alto later this month. We’ll be monitoring every facet of the concept, modifying it as needed to create what we believe will become a new benchmark in the industry.
